** Due to shipping costs, we’ll buy a car in the UK.
The rally really only has two real rules when it comes to a car:
- Must be no older than 10 years (Mongolian government is tired of shit being left in the country)
- A motor no larger than 1.2L (larger is allowed, but it costs more to register)
Cheaper = better when you consider all of the things we’ll need to collect in order to do the rally.
At the end of the rally, every teams’ vehicle and gear will be donated or auctioned off to charities benefiting the Mongolian people.
