Based on a quality of living study done by Mercer, Vienna has been given the title of “best city to live in”, while the home of the 2010 Winter Olympics, Canada’s own Vancouver picked up 4th. Calgary, our hometown’s nemesis just 3 hours south of us was given the best Eco-City ranking based on: water availability, water potability, waste removal, sewage, air pollution and traffic congestion. I guess the surveyors missed out on attempting to drive Deerfoot Trail.
